By using Trio Bot ("the Bot") in your Discord server or through our website at discord-bot-azdz.onrender.com ("the Website"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the Bot from your server and stop using the Website.

Trio Bot provides moderation tools, AI-powered commands, and server configuration features. These features are provided as-is. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or remove any feature at any time without notice.
Server administrators are solely responsible for how moderation commands (/mute, /ban, /kick, /warn, etc.) are used in their servers. Trio Bot is a tool — the responsibility for its use lies with the server staff, not with the Bot's developer.
The /ask and /summarize commands are powered by Google Gemini AI. We do not store the content of AI queries beyond what is necessary to process them. AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate — use them at your own discretion.
We do not guarantee 100% uptime for Trio Bot. The Bot may be offline for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from downtime.
By submitting a review on our Website, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it. You are responsible for the content of your review. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or are otherwise inappropriate.
We reserve the right to blacklist servers or users from using Trio Bot at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
