1. What Data We Collect

When you use Trio Bot or log in to the Website with Discord OAuth, we may collect:

• Discord User ID — to identify you across sessions
• Discord Username and Avatar — to display in the dashboard and reviews
• Server IDs — to store per-server configuration (e.g. announcement ping role)
• Warning counts — to track warnings per user per server for moderation
• Review content — if you choose to submit a review on our Website

2. What We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect or store message content (except as needed to process AI commands in real time)
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• We do not store Discord OAuth access tokens beyond your session
• We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising

3. How Data Is Used

The data we collect is used exclusively to:

• Operate the Bot's moderation and configuration features
• Display your username and avatar on the Website dashboard
• Associate reviews with your Discord account
• Maintain server blacklists to prevent abuse

4. Data Storage

Server configuration, warnings, blacklists, and reviews are stored in JSON files on our hosting server. OAuth session data is stored in encrypted server-side sessions and expires when you log out or close your browser.

5. Third-Party Services

Trio Bot uses the following third-party services:

• Discord API — for bot functionality and OAuth login. Subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.
• Google Gemini AI — for /ask and /summarize commands. Queries are sent to Google's API and subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete your review at any time using the "Delete My Review" button on the homepage
• Request removal of your data by contacting the Bot's developer on Discord
• Remove the Bot from your server at any time, which stops any further data collection for that server

7. Children's Privacy

Trio Bot is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us to have it removed.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
